Professionals in the human and community services sector, both government and non-government, often work with clients who receive services from various service providers. So it is important to be able to identify the client’s needs and engage an effective case management process. This also includes the importance of understanding how to engage clear case note and report writing processes. Case note and report writing is important for best practice outcomes, legal, ethical and industrial processes.
This training explores the importance of case note writing and recording, best practice principles, and takes participants through a range of scenarios and case studies in which to develop best practice writing skills. Participants will also learn Amovita’s exclusive R.E.A.S.O.N. Case Note Writing Framework.
